ATV / SNOWMOBILE SAFETY COURSES for 2022
NO SNOWMOBILE COURSES WILL BE OFFERED THIS YEAR

ATV COURSES

THERE ARE NO MORE ATV COURSES SCHEDULED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE YEAR.

The cost for this course is $20.00 per student.

Total Course = 6 hours

  • Proper Operation and Safety (Riding Skill-Equipment-Maintenance) = 2 Hours
  • Laws = 1/2 Hour
  • Emergencies & Survival = 40 Minutes
  • Map & Compass = 1 Hour
  • Self Help First Aid = 20 Minutes
  • Environmental/Landowner/Ethics = 1 1/2 Hours

Students under 16 years of age must be accompanied by parent or guardian.

Maine law requires a person 10 years of age or older but under 16 years of age to successfully complete a training program, with that person’s parent or guardian prior to operating on land other than that owned or leased by their parent or guardian or on which they live.

Please dress for the weather as some training will be done outside.

For lunch, please bring your own.  There is a sandwich/convenience store close by.  We have chips and sodas for sale at the club.
